• Google Sheet links provided by you for lead storage across all our platforms.
• HTML code and page configurations created within Advanced HTML Editor and Hotel Card Sales Page.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and improve our suite of marketing tools and platforms.
• To troubleshoot technical issues across Survey Page Editor Pro, CTA Sales Page Editor, Hotel Card Sales Page, Advanced HTML Editor, and VGA Promo Link.

3. Data Ownership

Leads collected through our marketing tools including Survey Page Editor Pro, CTA Sales Page Editor, Hotel Card Sales Page, and VGA Promo Link are owned and controlled by the user. Varsity Grind LLC does not access or store lead data submitted through user forms across any of our platforms.

4. Google Sheets Integration

Users are responsible for configuring and managing their own Google Sheets integration across all Varsity Grind Affiliates tools. We do not view or retain any data submitted to external sheets from Survey Page Editor Pro, CTA Sales Page Editor, Hotel Card Sales Page, Advanced HTML Editor, or VGA Promo Link.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies to enhance performance and user experience across our platform suite. Users may disable cookies via browser settings, though this may affect functionality of Survey Page Editor Pro, CTA Sales Page Editor, Hotel Card Sales Page, Advanced HTML Editor, and VGA Promo Link.

6. Affiliate Transparency

If affiliate offers are embedded in pages created with our tools (Survey Page Editor Pro, CTA Sales Page Editor, Hotel Card Sales Page, Advanced HTML Editor, or VGA Promo Link), users are responsible for clearly disclosing this to their leads per FTC guidelines.

7. Marketing Boost User Data

We do not receive or process any data related to your Marketing Boost membership or referrals. All such data is handled externally and independently from our Varsity Grind Affiliates platform suite.

8. Security

We implement basic safeguards across all our platforms but cannot guarantee 100% protection due to the nature of the internet. This applies to all data processed through Survey Page Editor Pro, CTA Sales Page Editor, Hotel Card Sales Page, Advanced HTML Editor, and VGA Promo Link.

9. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked via pages created with our tools or through redirects configured in VGA Promo Link, Survey Page Editor Pro, CTA Sales Page Editor, Hotel Card Sales Page, or Advanced HTML Editor.

This policy may be updated. Continued use of any Varsity Grind Affiliates tools implies acceptance of changes.
