Users can access templates, offer digital incentives, and integrate affiliate programs. The Pro version includes access to expanded features that require a Marketing Boost membership.

3. Business Model Structure

Free users receive access to basic templates across our product suite, one redirect configuration, and a $100 hotel savings card offer.
Pro users unlock additional advanced features, expanded template libraries, niche-specific tools, and a $200 card offer, contingent on Marketing Boost membership integration.

4. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Marketing Boost Integration

To access certain features within the Varsity Grind Affiliates platform, users must have or create a Marketing Boost membership. Varsity Grind LLC is not affiliated with Marketing Boost and assumes no responsibility for user agreements, payments, compliance, or outcomes tied to your Marketing Boost account.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Varsity Grind LLC is not liable for:

Misuse or misrepresentation of Marketing Boost incentives by users.
Any financial loss resulting from failed affiliate campaigns, improper use of our tools, or third-party offer disputes.
Failure to disclose affiliate relationships or incentive terms in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:

7. User Responsibilities

8. Lead Data & Google Sheets

Leads captured through Varsity Grind Affiliates tools remain your property and are stored in Google Sheets configured by you. Varsity Grind LLC does not access or store this data.

9. Intellectual Property

All templates, systems, tools, and branding within the Varsity Grind Affiliates platform remain the intellectual property of Varsity Grind LLC. You may not redistribute, resell, or clone any component of our system without permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access at our discretion for violation of terms or misuse of any tools within the Varsity Grind Affiliates platform.

11. No Warranty

Varsity Grind Affiliates and all its tools are provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees of lead volume, income, or marketing success.
